Since most of our products are highly unique and not found in stores, it can take a long time to get them especially after an influx of orders.
As a rule of thumb, the shipping can be broken down into two parts: Processing time: order verification, checking and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
Shipping time: this is the time it takes to get from our warehouse to your home. International shipping usually requires 15-20 days, while USA orders can take less time. Almost all orders are sent out with ePacket, which is a US postal service product. This means you get a tracking number you can follow up with.
